ABOUT INFINITY LAWNSCAPE

BRIAN HONEA; PRESIDENT
Brian proposed Infinity Lawn and Landscape LLC to the ownership group as a way to provide the installation and maintenance of the existing and future developments of Castle Hills. His background includes playing golf in college for East Texas State University and then earning a degree in Agronomy from Texas State Technical College in Waco. He then started his golf maintenance career as an assistant at the famed Preston Trail GC in Dallas from 1994-2000. He left to build Gentle Creek golf club in Prosper where he worked from 2000-2007 as head superintendent. After a few years of working in the turf industry, he returned to golf course maintenance at The Lakes of Castle Hills (formerly Castle Hills Golf Club). His vision and drive has continued to help Infinity grow exponentially year after year.

GARY MAHANAY; GOLF COURSE SUPERINTENDENT
Gary manages a staff of 20-plus employees on the golf course side of business day-to-day and has been with The Lakes/Infinity since 2011. Prior to joining Infinity, Gary worked as an assistant superintendent at Gentle Creek Golf Club in Prosper.

TIM LITTLE; MANAGER
Tim manages the landscape operations side of the business and has been with Infinity since its start in late 2012. Tim is involved in estimating and future business development in both landscape construction and maintenance. Tim is also involved in coordination of subcontractors in various phases of the construction projects along with procurement of project materials from various locations. Prior to helping start Infinity, Tim worked at LMI Landscapes in Carrollton for 6 years and served as landscape maintenance manager. Tim has a B.S. in Agronomy from Texas A&M University.

DUFFY McKENZIE; MANAGER
Duffy has been with Infinity since 2014. He oversees landscape maintenance throughout Castle Hills including approximately 100-plus residential and commercial third party accounts. Duffy also oversees the landscape maintenance of Castle Hills Master Association Amenity Centers, gated communities of Castle Hills, and Parks for DCFWSD. Prior to Infinity, Duffy was operating USA erosion control for the last 4 years. Duffy has a B.S. in Horticulture from Mississippi State University.

JOSE VALENCIANO; SUPERVISOR
Jose has been with Infinity since the summer of 2014 and has been involved as a supervisor to several landscape construction projects on both the golf course and throughout the Castle Hills development. Jose has 20 years previous experience in golf course construction and renovation with Land Constructors located out of Southlake. Jose’s excavation experience has allowed him to work hand in hand with renowned architects on projects all across Texas.

LISA SPARKS; ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lisa began working with Infinity Lawnscape in 2019. As Administrative Assistant, her core responsibilities lie in financial organization, including managing account receivables. Lisa is an experienced office manager and brings years of diligent work ethic to the team.

RICHARD LOUGH; SENIOR ESTIMATOR
Rich is a landscape professional that has been in the industry since 2004. Job positions held included Director of Operations, Office Manager, Chief Estimator, Estimator and Landscape Sales Specialist. Graduated in 1992 with two degrees of Specialized Technology in which he has applied to all past and current position. Started working at Infinity in April 2015. Rich directs all activities within the estimating department, including budgeting, staff scheduling and development, training, performance evaluations, and departmental goals. He creates the bid schedule each week and delegates estimation jobs to other employees in the estimating department. Additionally, he is responsible for the creation and implementation of department standard operating procedures and performance metrics.

GEORGE CEJA; MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
George joined the Infinity Lawnscape team in 2019 after a long career in golf course and landscape maintenance with Bright View. As Maintenance Supervisor, George oversees quality control and manages all of our extensive projects.
